Context
The project manager is responsible for planning, organizing and implementing technical projects. Their role involves coordinating production releases, managing external partners and providing updates on project progress.
Main Tasks
- Manage the complete lifecycle of large-scale technical projects to secure the delivery on time, within budget, on scope and on quality
- When applicable, builds a business case related to the delivery of the project
- Develops a Project Management Plan covered project organization, roles and responsabilities, schedules, budget, risk and quality management aspects
- Gathers, leads and motivates project team members. Ensure that the various discipline point of contact deliver to agreed targets
- Manage and controls the engagement of the stakeholders
- Develop a change/transition management plan to secure a smooth transition after the project implementation
- Track and communicates projects progress against defined plan, requirements, quality measures, standards processes and milestone
- Organize projects steering meetings with directors and C-level and ensures actions are defined executed
- When required, initiates and and manages the RFP in close cooperation with the purchasing departement and all others stakeholders
- Secure the project integration across all areas (customer service, sales, communication) in the organization
- Maintains and exhaustive project documentations including the lessons learned
- In supporting complex Business Project, is responsible to manage all the technical aspects of the project (infrastructure access, IT partners coordination, performance, security) including the preparation of the Business Acceptance Phase
- Manages and coordinates the delivery of external partners. Is responsible to follow the planning, quality and cost of the suppliers
- Coaches Solutions Analysts by organizing ad-hoc sessions or coaching forums
Profile
- At least 5 year of experience in IT project Management (Safe/Agile and Waterfall project)
- Experience in IT Service Management is recommended
- Expertise with Jira and Confluence
- Experience in IT Service Management, ITIL and CMDB
- Very large Project Management Expertise (PMP or a similar certification is a strong asset)
- Proven track record in a large-scale transversal projects
- Good business environment knowledge
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-challenging and quickly changing environment
- Languages: Fluent in English / French or Dutch is a plus
