PROJECT 1: Asset Migration

His client announced the lauch of a spin-off. Tom was tasked with coordinating all technical aspects of the migration, collaborating with teams in Paris, as well as overseeing content migration with the Belgian marketing and legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Scoping features and writing user stories 
  • Coordination with different agencies and team in Belgium and Paris 
  • Mock-ups and processes  creation with BPMN 
  • Workshop with key stakeholders 
  • Tools implementation for compliance and UX/UI improvement 
  • Functional testing 

 

Results:

  • More than 3 millions views since the launch of the new website in December 
  • Centralized all website redirections, from multiple website to a single platform, resulting in decreased costs for the company  
  • Increase happyflow 
  • Increased Marketing qualified leads (MQLs)

 

PROJECT 2: Managing different assets’ features release

Since his beginning, Tom had the possibility to work on different assets. He worked on the website and app were he had the opportunity to work on different features’ release and different stakeholders. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage different backlogs 
  • Collect business needs 
  • Coordination with external agency and company 
  • Reduce helpdesk interactions 
  • User story writing and BPMN creation  

 

PROJECT 3: Collaboration with Skipr

Since January, Tom works with Skipr as bridge between his client and them in order to release a mobility app.

Responsibilites:

  • Functional testing 
  • Workshop with stakeholders 
  • Coordination with Skipr, Belgium and France
