Service description

The service consists of :

  • Assuring the business analysis activities within the internal business project “Enhanced Grid Development Capability”.
  • The objectives of this project are:
    • Implementing a new solution for managing grid needs towards Long Term Grid Studies and towards Grid Projects
    • Replacing the current tooling SAP PnPI. This tool supports currently following main processes :
      • Initiation of Grid Infrastructure projects (scope definition, cost estimate, high level schedule, resource demand)
      • Management of Grid Needs (clustering needs and linking with project)

Requirements

The service consists of the following tasks :

  • Within the project “Enhanced Grid Development Capability”
    • Editing the business requirements for the new solution and the interfaces with SAP and IBM Saga
    • Control and validation of functional design realized by client IT or IT partners
    • Requirements testing and preparation of User Acceptance Tests
    • Documentation of Business Processes, User Manuals and Formations
    • Support in data migration

The mission will be guided from the Infrastructure BA Team and in collaboration with other concerned business analysts. Additional competences are required :

  • Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
  • Good oral and written communication skills French and/or Dutch & English
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as IT business analyst.
  • Experience in solution testing.
  • Knowledge of IREB. Certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of BPMN.
  • experience in SAP, Copperleaf C55 or IBM Saga is a plus.
