The IT department has defined following internal workforce mission statement for now till ‘26 this with the objective to attract and retain skilled, certified team members embracing the challenges of Business Strategy (functional dimension) as IT strategy (technical dimension).
To tackle this broad scope we defined 6 dimensions: IT Career evolution, Skills, Ageing, IT grad, Brand and Workforce plan Evolution.
As a Program and Change Manager is to keep an oversight of all these 6 dimensions, steer each stream with the help stream lead, providing a consolidated view dependencies / risk and issues. Animate decision at C-level seen the strategic dimension on Workforce dimension.

- Seniority in this kind of strategic change project is mandatory
- Good knowledge of different IT skills that comes along in a large organisation is mandatory
- Experience in workforce evolution (technical as functional dimension) is a key asset
